Is It a Good Time to Sell?
Hey Gina Madeya Windermere Yarrow Bay here just talking all things real estate. And a question I have been getting recently is, "Now a good time to sell?", and the answer is "yeah", and I'll tell you why. Even though typically this time a year we see a pull back from buyers because it's dark, it's wet, people aren't in the mood to look at homes while they are preparing for the holidays.
The reality is the demand for homes is still super high and there is just not enough inventory in the market. So while historically we typically tend to see prices peak in the Spring and Summer, all bets are off this year. And I would say if you need to sell a home, let's talk because there are buyers out there and you are still likely to get it sold quickly and for a great price.
